Donna Chalmers (born ) is an American politician and a former Republican member of the New York State Assembly. In the 2016 New York state elections Chalmers was challenged by incumbent Democratic Senator Tim Kennedy in the 87th Senate district. On November 8, 2016, she was defeated by Kennedy.
