Delegate object generating a static method

I have code like the below;

I’m not very happy to be calling doStuff.Execute(…) as this looks like an implicit pointer to an object to me.
I’d like to avoid having the interface have any reference to the MyObject I’m using and just have it be passed in to the Execute function. It just seems like a bad idea.
I tried this – but it gives me the error “MyObject does not contain a constructor that takes 0 arguments”, which I guess makes sense because it’s looking for a reference to an object.
