k. snap is constantly improving its services. by your continued use of snap camera or snap lens after snap has provided any updates, enhancements, upgrades, new features, or any other changes, you consent to your data being processed by snap as set out in the updated version of this snap camera agreement. you shall not be entitled to any damages from snap for such changes.

c. if you were previously a customer of snap and you reinstall snap camera following the end of your prior snap camera use, then snap will enable you to use snap camera, such that snap may perform payments under this agreement pursuant to any prior ongoing subscription. if, at snap’s option, snap has previously offered or billed you a service or account for snap camera, snap may allow you to cancel such service or account by providing notice to snap, as snap sees fit.
d. you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for restricting access to your computer and the snap camera software to authorized persons, and are responsible for all activities that occur under your username and password.
e. you must not access the snap camera software using a different user account from the account you used to establish your initial use of the snap camera software, and you must not permit others to use your username or password.
